Class Schedule
Our class schedule consists of three types of training. First, there is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which we train in a BJJ gi (judo suit). Secondly we have no-gi grappling classes. A rashguard and shorts are all you need for these classes. Finally, we have competition classes where we train our members to compete at an international level. We also provide private classes for members and non-members that want to progress even faster.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
All our BJJ classes are split between beginners and advanced practitioners. As a beginner we start by building a solid base, making sure you can train safely and effectively for many years to come. Then, for our advanced students, we provide a curriculum that is up to date with the newest, battle-proven jiu jitsu techniques.

no-gi Grappling
Just like our BJJ classes, no-gi classes are split between beginners and advanced practitioners. All you need are shorts without zippers and a rashguard or tight fitting t-shirt. You learn everything you need to know about nogi grappling from some of the most experienced instructors in the country.
Competition Class
The final option in our class schedule is the competition class. If your goal is to compete and train hard with likeminded people, this class is for you. The class consists of studying jiu jitsu, drilling, specific sparring and regular sparring.
Because these session can be tough, our competition classes are invite only. For more information, please contact us by clicking here.

Private class
If you want to progress in jiu jitsu as fast as possible, then private classes are a great option. Our instructors will help you improve jiu jitsu at a pace that fits you.
